Generate case studies

Short answer

VideoTestimonials can turn a testimonial into an AI-written case study on the Business plan. Open the testimonial from Dashboard → Overview, choose the Case studies tab and click Create case study. The result opens in a window where you can copy it as formatted text or download it as an HTML page, Markdown or plain text. Generated case studies stay listed in the tab.

Prerequisites

  • Business plan — case-study generation is a Business-tier AI feature.
  • A testimonial with text content. Video testimonials need a transcript before a case study can be generated; if one hasn't been processed yet, VideoTestimonials runs AI processing first when you click create.

Steps

  1. Log in and open Dashboard → Overview in the space that has the testimonial.
  2. Click the testimonial to open its detail page.
  3. Click the Case studies tab at the top of the detail view.
  4. If no case study exists yet, click Create case study. To generate another, click Create new in the top-right of the tab.
  5. The AI produces a case study from the testimonial. It opens in the AI Case Study window, where you can Copy it or download it as an HTML Page, Markdown or Plain Text, and it appears in the case-study list below.
  6. Click any row to view the case study. Use the trash icon to delete a case study you don't want to keep.

Troubleshooting

  • If generation fails, the testimonial may not have enough text. Edit the testimonial to add more content, or pick a longer one.
  • If generation fails with a plan error, check your plan — the feature requires Business.
