How to Request a Feature
If you have an idea for a new feature that would enhance your experience with VideoTestimonials, we’d love to hear from you! Follow these steps to submit your feature request:
- Open the contact form at https://videotestimonials.video/contact. You can also launch it inline from the dashboard help widget via Contact us.
- Click the 💡 Request a feature category.
- Fill in your name, email, and a subject that summarizes the idea.
- Describe your feature in the message field. Be as specific as possible about what the feature should do, who it's for, and how it would benefit your workflow. Examples or screenshots from other tools help.
- Click Submit.
You can also post the idea on the public feedback board at feedback.videotestimonials.video with Create A New Post, where other users can upvote it. The Request a feature item in the dashboard Help widget opens the same board.
Once submitted, our team will review your suggestion and consider it for future updates. We appreciate your input and are always looking for ways to make VideoTestimonials better for everyone.
