# Yotpo Alternatives in 2026: 7 Review Apps and Tools Compared on Price per Order

> Seven Yotpo alternatives compared on what changes your bill: monthly orders, video reviews, Google Seller Ratings, loyalty and quotes. For stores that want product reviews, and for brands that want video testimonials too. Prices read from each vendor's own site.

**Short answer:** Judge.me is the best-value Yotpo alternative for product reviews: free, and $15/month at most. Loox suits photo and video reviews (Convert, $49.99/month). Okendo starts at $19/month for 200 orders a month. Yotpo itself is free up to 50 orders, then from $15/month rising with order volume ($129 at 1,000 orders).

**Prices checked** on each vendor's own pricing page between 2026-10-03 and 2026-10-08. We update this page when a vendor changes a plan.

Yotpo is one of the biggest names in ecommerce reviews, and its Reviews & UGC product is capable. People look for an alternative for one main reason: **the price climbs with your monthly orders**, and the features many stores want, such as seller ratings and AI summaries, sit on the higher tiers. This page compares seven alternatives for Shopify and other online stores, and says when staying on Yotpo makes sense.

## Why people leave Yotpo

1. **Priced by monthly order volume** — Starter is $15/month at the lowest volume, $89 at 500 orders a month and $129 at 1,000.
2. **The free plan stops at 50 orders a month** — Reviews & UGC has a limited free plan for up to 50 monthly orders.
3. **Premium and Enterprise by quote** — AI review summaries, translations and syndication are on custom-quoted plans.

Those three points compound. At 1,000 orders a month, Starter is $129 and Pro is $269, and seller ratings, AI-driven display features and AI tools that help shoppers write better reviews start on Pro. Yotpo's Shopify App Store listing also notes that "external charges may be billed by Yotpo separately from your Shopify invoice", so check both its pricing page and the listing against your order volume.

None of this matters if you are under 50 orders a month and the limited free plan covers you, or if you are a larger brand that values Yotpo's retail syndication and its Loyalty & Referrals product from the same vendor. It matters when the order slider moves faster than your margin.

## The 7 alternatives, reviewed

### 1. Judge.me — the best value for product reviews

Judge.me is the app most Yotpo leavers end up on, and for good reason. Its Forever Free plan includes unlimited product and store reviews, photo and video reviews, automated review requests after fulfilment or delivery, and rich snippets for Google. Awesome at $15/month adds Google Shopping, Q&A, coupons and referrals, and AI replies, summaries and translations. Judge.me's own pricing page says "$15 per month is the most you can ever pay us": there is no scaling by order volume. It imports reviews from Yotpo, Loox, Amazon and Etsy.

**Choose it if** you want stars on product pages and Google Shopping at little or no cost. For most stores, that is the whole answer.

**Not for:** a loyalty programme from the same vendor, or retail syndication.

### 2. Loox — photo and video reviews for visual brands

Loox is built around visual reviews. The free Beginner plan includes review request emails and reminders, discounts for photo reviews, 17+ widgets and Google rich snippets, up to 500 total orders. Video reviews start on Convert at $49.99/month, which also adds AI review highlights and summaries, referrals, syndication to Google, Meta and TikTok, and an API with webhooks. Unlimited is $299.99/month. Loox's own page lists unlimited orders on Convert, while its App Store listing says 300 orders are included with $50 for each extra 300, so check the listing against your volume.

**Choose it if** photos and short videos of the product in use are central to how you sell.

**Not for:** video reviews on a tight budget. On Loox, video is a paid feature.

### 3. Okendo — reviews, loyalty and referrals in one platform

Okendo is the closest to Yotpo in scope. It describes a "unified platform" of connected apps for reviews, loyalty, surveys, quizzes and referrals. Its Shopify App Store listing prices reviews by monthly orders: a free plan up to 50, Essential at $19/month for up to 200, Growth at $119/month for 1,500 and Power at $299/month for 3,500. Q&A and AI review summaries start on Growth. The full platform is sold through sales on okendo.io.

**Choose it if** you are an established Shopify brand that wants Yotpo's breadth from a different vendor.

**Not for:** a store that only needs stars on product pages. Judge.me does that for less.

### 4. Reviews.io — company and product reviews with Google Seller Ratings

Reviews.io collects both product reviews and company reviews, which matters if you want reviews of the store itself as well as each product. Essentials is $29/month for up to 300 review invites, with photo and video collection and 15+ widgets. Start-Up at $79/month adds Google Seller Ratings, rich snippets, review importing and a Klaviyo integration. Plus adds AI replies, translation, an API and syndication to Bazaarvoice. Its pricing page offers a 14-day trial, 20% off for annual billing and a buy-out of the rest of an existing reviews contract.

**Choose it if** Google Seller Ratings are the priority and you want to know the price without an order slider.

**Not for:** several domains on one plan; each top-level domain is a separate subscription.

### 5. Stamped — reviews and loyalty for Shopify merchants

Stamped says it is built for Shopify and Shopify Plus merchants. Its App Store listing describes one app for "product reviews, ratings, photos, videos, and Q&A", with points, rewards and VIP tiers alongside. There is no free plan. Pricing is by monthly orders: the selector on its pricing page shows Reviews at $23/month for 200 orders a month, $199 at 5,000 and $799 with unlimited orders, while the FAQ on the same page says plans start at $199/month. Plans include two domains, and each extra domain is $100/month.

**Choose it if** you want reviews and a loyalty programme in one subscription.

**Not for:** trying reviews for free, or a budget that cannot absorb the gap between the selector and the FAQ. Ask Stamped which applies before you commit.

### 6. VideoTestimonials — the brand video Yotpo does not collect

VideoTestimonials is our product, and it does a different job from Yotpo. Yotpo collects product reviews after an order. We collect testimonials about your brand: customers open a link in a post-purchase email or on an insert card and record a short video about why they buy from you, in the browser, with no app and no account. You approve it, trim and caption it, and publish it to a homepage carousel or a Wall of Love. Reviews from Google, Trustpilot, Amazon and Facebook can be imported alongside.

We have no Shopify App Store app. You paste one embed code into a Custom Liquid section in the theme editor; the [Shopify guide](https://videotestimonials.video/integrations/shopify) shows how. Unlimited video costs $24/month on Starter.

**Choose it if** you want customers telling your brand's story on video, next to a review app that handles product stars.

**Not for:** replacing a product review app. Pair us with Judge.me or Loox instead.

### 7. Bazaarvoice — for brands that sell through retailers

Bazaarvoice is the enterprise end of the market. Ratings & Reviews comes in Essentials, Advanced and Enterprise packages: Advanced adds Q&A and text-message review collection, and Enterprise adds APIs, a mobile SDK and retail syndication through the Bazaarvoice Network. It also sells sampling through its Influenster community, which it puts at 9M+ product enthusiasts, plus creator marketing and social commerce. It publishes no price, and each package is paired with an implementation service.

**Choose it if** you are a brand selling through retailers and want your reviews to appear on their sites.

**Not for:** a direct-to-consumer Shopify store that wants a price on the page.

### Staying on Yotpo

Stay if you are under 50 orders a month and the free plan does what you need, or if you are a larger brand using Yotpo's Loyalty & Referrals alongside reviews, where its Bundle costs less than buying both separately. Retail syndication and syndication across domains on Premium are also hard to replace below enterprise tools. Move when the order slider puts you on a tier whose features you do not use.

## Which to pick

| If you need… | Pick… | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Product reviews at a fixed, low price | Judge.me | Free, $15/month at most |
| Photo and video reviews for a visual brand | Loox | Video reviews from $49.99/month |
| Reviews, loyalty and referrals together | Okendo | Free to 50 orders, then from $19/month |
| Google Seller Ratings without an order slider | Reviews.io | Start-Up at $79/month |
| Reviews plus loyalty, built for Shopify | Stamped | Priced by orders |
| Video testimonials about your brand | VideoTestimonials | Unlimited video from $24/month, no app needed |
| Retail syndication at enterprise scale | Bazaarvoice | No published price |
| Reviews and loyalty bundled, high volume | Stay on Yotpo | Bundle and Premium features |

## How to move from Yotpo

For product reviews, the move is between review apps: export from Yotpo, then import into the new app before you switch off Yotpo's widgets. Judge.me's pricing page lists Yotpo among the sources it imports from. Keep both installed until the new widgets show the imported reviews and stars correctly on product pages, then remove Yotpo's app blocks from your theme. If you also add video testimonials, put them on the homepage and about page rather than product pages, where the review app's stars belong.

## Where VideoTestimonials fits

We are not a product review app, and this page does not pretend otherwise. If you are leaving Yotpo for cheaper product reviews, Judge.me is the honest answer. We fit next to it: when you want customers on video saying why they buy from you, for your homepage, about page and ads, with unlimited video from $24/month and no Shopify app to install. We do not do order-triggered review requests, star ratings on product pages or Google Shopping stars.
